专利摘要:
A self-cleaning air cleaner having a housing with a first partition dividing the interior of the housing into a first generally vertically elongated chamber and a second generally horizontally elongated chamber. The partition lies in an oblique plane at an angle with respect to the elongation axes of the first and second chambers and has an opening which provides fluid communication between the first and second chambers. A fan or blower is provided within the housing for drawing air through the housing from a dust-laden air inlet to a clean air outlet. A filter is mounted within the housing and disposed to filter the air passing through the opening in the partition. A reverse pulse air valve is disposed within the housing to direct a pulse of cleaning air into the filter to dislodge the dust collected thereon. An electrical control circuit is provided for actuating the reverse pulse air valve which is connected to a suitable source of compressed air. The air flow path through the cleaner is such that removal of dust from the filter as the reverse air pulse is introduced therein facilitated and the dust is conveniently collected in a dust collection hopper. The air cleaner is compact and has a low center of gravity and is therefore easily transportable from one industrial work location to another.

专利说明:

The invention relates to the purification of air, in particular to mobile air-cleaning units, which can easily be moved from one workplace to another. An air-cleaning unit is known, comprising a casing divided by an inclined partition into a cleaned air chamber and a cleaning caler, which is perforated by a partition into a pre-cleaning section and a filtration section with filter elements parallel to its axis. and equipped with tubular elements pc1 placed in the pre-cleaning section and fixed with their ends in inclined and perforated partitions, exhaust fan, regenerating pulsating device with valves and a bunker located under the filtration section Cl3. A disadvantage of the known construction is the maintenance complexity and heavy weight. The purpose of the invention is to simplify operation by reducing the size and weight. The goal is achieved by the fact that in an air-cleaning unit comprising a housing divided by an inclined partition into a chamber of purified air and a purification chamber divided by a perforated plate into a pre-cleaning section and a filtration section with filter elements arranged parallel to its axis and provided with tubular elements placed in the pre-cleaning section and fixed with their ends in inclined and perforated partitions, exhaust fan, regenerating pulsar A sealing device with valves and a bunker located by the filtration section, the cleaning chamber is horizontally elongated, and the cleaned air chamber is vertically elongated, with the chambers mounted perpendicular to each other, and the inclined partition is placed at an angle relative to. the extension axes of the said chambers, the unit is equipped with means for its movement. It is advisable to place the regenerating pool in the upper section of the chamber for purified air and connect it with a flexible fan to the flexible coupling. FIG. 1 shows the air cleaning unit, general view; on fkg 2 - the same section; in FIG. 3, section A-A in FIG. 2; in fig. 4 section bb on fig.Z; in fig. 5, node 1 in FIG. 3; in fig. 6 - node 11. In FIG. 2. The air-cleaning unit comprises a housing 1 with an upper element 2 and a lower element 3 installed in a vertical position, a dust bin 4. The housing has two wheels 5, which are fixed to the lower element 3. The upper element 2 includes the upper wall 6, side walls 7 and 8 and an open end that is covered by a removable panel 9. The upper element 2 includes inclined partitions 10, the lower edges of which form an opening 11 through which dust is removed to the hopper 4. The housing includes a cleaning chamber 12, a chamber of 13 purified air. The cleaning chamber 12 is made horizontally elongated, perpendicular to the purified air chamber 13, filled with vertically elongated, with the chambers mounted perpendicular to each other and separated by an inclined partition 14, which has holes 15 and 16. The inclined partition 14. is attached to the upper wall b to which the perforated partition 17 is attached, separating the cleaning chamber into the preliminary cleaning section 18 and the filtration section 19. The perforated partition 17 has two openings 20 and 21, which are centered with openings 15 and 16, respectively. The perforated partition 17 is attached to the inclined partition 14 by a pair of legs and has a gap 22 connecting sections 18 and 19. The ring of disk-shaped mounting plates 23 and 24 is mounted to the perforated partition 17 near the holes 20 and 21, the pair of tubular elements 25 and 26 is attached to the inclined partition 14 and the perforated partition 17 and forms the bypass channels for the current environment. In the filtration section there is a pair of filter elements 27 and 28 mounted on forks 29 and 30. The filter elements can be standard corrugated paper filters. The filter elements 27 and 28 are fixed against the mounting plates 23 and 24 with end caps 31 and 32, which are fastened with wing nuts. In the housing 1 at an angle of 45 to the axis of the housing 1, an opening 33 is made for the entry of dusty air. The clean air chamber 13 is separated by a sheet 34 into an upper section 35 and a lower 36. A fan 37 with a blower 38 is attached to the sheet. The fan is placed in the lower section 36 and has a suction opening 39 through which air is drawn in from the upper section 35. The side wall of the lower element 3 It has a flat panel 40 through which purified air comes out.
Inside the upper section 35, a regenerating pulsating device 41 is installed, including a compressor 42, which is attached to the removable panel 43. The compressor 42 is driven by a flexible roller 44 connected to a rotating shaft of the fan. The compressed air received by the compressor through line 45 is supplied to battery 46 mounted on the same panel 43. A pair of valves 47. and 48 with reversing flow are mounted on panel 43 on the same straight line with the axes of tubular elements 25 and 26. Valves 47 and 48 are connected via lines to battery 46. Valve. Pans are standard electrically driven | 1 pulsating reversing elements. The hopper 4 is installed on the inclined partition 10 through a flange connection with a gasket,
A sleeve 49 is mounted on the fan shaft 37, to which is attached an adapter plate 50 with a transition nipple 51 and a flexible roller 44, which is connected to the other end of the shaft 52 of a compressor 42 including a cylinder head 53 with a compression chamber 54 located in it. The piston 55 performs a return movement inside the compression chamber 54 and is connected by a crank mechanism 56 to the shaft 52. The cylinder head 53 has a limiting exhaust flange 57 for compressed air, which is connected through a check valve 58 to the compressed air outlet 59. which is connected to the line 45. The control valve 58 includes a spring-loaded ball 60, closing the exhaust channel 57. After each stroke of the piston 55, the ball 60 rises from the socket and passes compressed air through the outlet 59 to battery 46.
Air cleaning unit works as follows.
The unit is started by turning on the fan 37, which drives the compressor 42-, pumping compressed air into the battery 46. The fan 37 sucks the dusty air through the opening 33 into the pre-cleaning section 18. Particles of dust and debris contained in the air, which are larger than the holes in the perforated partition 17, pass through the gap 22 in the hopper 4 under the influence of gravity. Smaller particles pass through the perforated partition 17 into the cleaning chamber 12, settle on the filter elements 27 and 28, the purified air enters through the tubular elements 25 TL 26 into the chamber 13 of the purified air and out through the louver panel 40. When the pressure in the accumulator reaches a predetermined value, one of the valves 47 or 48 opens and a pulse of compressed air accumulated in the accumulator 46 is directed through the openings 15 or 16 into the tubular elements 25 or 26, where the compressed air expands, creating a Venturi effect. . The pulsation of the purified air expands to the outside through the filter elements 27 and 28, dislodging the accumulated dust, which is collected in the hopper 4.
In the preferred embodiment of the apparatus according to the invention, the valves 47 and 48 are opened alternately.
The inner side of the louvre 40 may be covered with open cell foam, which serves as a diffuser for clean air. The bottom section of the chamber 13 can also be lined with acoustic foam with closed cells.
From the above, it can be seen that the proposed unit is a mobile device that establishes the flow structure from the dusty air inlet through the inclined partition, through collecting dust-filtering elements, facilitating the movement of the knocked out reverse pulsation of dust into the bunker. The reversal pulsations are directed through tubular elements, i which serve as the flow-leading flow tubes, during the cleaning operation by pulsation. Filter elements can be mounted horizontally and side by side, allowing maximum reduction in overall height and volume. The removable cover panel facilitates the maintenance of filter elements. The pulsation reversing device is mounted on a removable panel in a chamber of purified air, which also facilitates the maintenance of the unit. The fan is mounted vertically in the chamber. purified air, which lowers the center of body of the unit and ensures the release of clean air into the base of the unit and the fight against noise.
The housing includes three main components - the upper housing element 2, the lower housing element 3 and the inclined partition 14, in order to minimize production costs and. to provide block, extruded in the form of plastic construction ..
